Machining delrin fixed plate’s tensile strength, bending strength, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, unloading and recovery performance are excellent, and the friction coefficient is small, self lubrication is good. Machining delrin fixed plate is not easy to absorb moisture, the water absorption rate is 0.22 ~ 0.25%, and it has good dimensional stability in humid environment. The mechanical properties are affected little by temperature, and have higher thermal deformation temperature in machining delrin fixed plate.
