Machining Equipments
CNC Milling Center CNC Machining Center is composed of mechanical equipment and CNC system, which is suitable for high-efficiency automated machine tools for machining complex parts. Its comprehensive machining ability is strong, the workpiece can complete more machining content after one clamping, and the machining accuracy is high. The accuracy of CNC Machining Center can reach ±0.01mm. The maximum machining size of CNC Machining Center is 1100mm*600mm*500mm, and the minimum machining size is 2mm*2mm*2mm.
CNC Lathe The CNC lathe automatically machining the processed parts according to the pre-programmed machining program. CNC lathe has the characteristics of high machining accuracy, can do linear and arc interpolation, and automatic speed change in the process of hardware machining. CNC lathe has good rigidity, high precision in manufacturing and tool setting, and can easily and accurately enter manual compensation and automatic compensation. Therefore, it can machining parts with high dimensional accuracy requirements. The accuracy of CNC Lathe can reach ±0.01mm. The maximum machining size of CNC Machining Center is φ200mm, and the minimum machining size is φ2mm.

Testing Instrument
Altimeter Altimeter is an instrument used to measure the relative height of space points to the ground. It is widely used in on-line or batch detection. It can measure height, depth, groove width, inner and outer diameter, hole center distance, axis center distance, flatness, verticality, etc.

Spiral micrometer Spiral micrometer is a more precise tool for measuring length than vernier caliper. It can be used to measure length accurately to 0.01mm, and the measuring range is several centimeters.

Assembly We also offer a complete assembly department where your machined components can be matched up with stamped and/or injection molded parts from our other divisions to produce a sub-assembly ready for your installation.
Quality We use ISO9001:2008 quality system certification to ensure the quality of products. Quality personnel are measuring the size of each piece of machining products, measuring instruments include Digital caliper, Micrometer Calipers, height gauge, Profile projecto, these measuring instruments regularly through the third party laboratory calibration, the measurement accuracy is 0.001mm. In order to improve the speed of the inspection, the engineer designed a precise auxiliary inspection fixture. We can provide the dimensional measurement report of machining parts.
Recycling Specialty Integrated Services supports recycling efforts. Wherever possible all cutting fluids and swarf are recycled. When using customer supplied material, we can return swarf when negotiated in advance of production.
